Jamie Roil (Jimmy)
Director & Machine Operator
Jamie has been operating and maintaining machinery for over 15 years in both rural and urban settings. He also worked for 10 years as a diesel mechanic, completed three harvest seasons in both Canada and Australia, worked on a coal mine in British Columbia and recently completed 3 years in the forestry industry developing and maintaining roads.
Qualifications: Heavy Automotive Engineer/ Diesel Mechanic
Lucy Roil
Advertising & Marketing
Lucy assists with the advertising and marketing, sometimes helping out in the field on silage pits or house sites. She has basic farming machinery experience and has operated combine harvesters in Canada. Don't ask her to change a tyre though! Lucy manages and markets the local 'Terrace View Winery' for weddings and other private functions.
Dozer
2IC
Dozer has been around the show since July 2019. He's bossy and demanding but when there's work to be done he gets the job done.
Qualifications: Bachelor of 'Boss'
