We are a small, family-run business based in Hawke's Bay. Jamie (Director & Machine Operator) has been operating and maintaining machinery for over 17 years in both rural and urban settings. He also worked for 10 years as a diesel mechanic, completed three harvest seasons in both Canada & Australia, worked on a coal mine in British Columbia. For most of 2018-2022 his work was based in steep forestry country, opening skid sites and developing/maintaining forestry roads. Most recently his work has been extremely diverse, from Cyclone Damage Repairs, house sites, garage sites, and trenching to offal holes, farm tracks, metalling driveways and commercial land developments. Lucy assists with the office/ marketing & background details and their two preschool sons wrangle digger rides whenever the machinery is back in the yard (which doesn't happen too often!)

Other Qualifications: Heavy Automotive Engineer/ Diesel Mechanic

Dozer the Jack Russel has been around the show since July 2019. He's bossy and demanding but when there's work to be done he gets the job done.

Qualifications: Bachelor of 'Boss'

Patch is a 'flood dog' who came following Cyclone Gabrielle. He will play fetch all day every day and always looks guilty despite never actually being guilty about anything.
